When a user (Producer/Agent) participates in an OpenBond Training Lab simulation, we collect specific data necessary to provide performance feedback:

- Voice Recordings: Audio recordings of the simulated sales interaction.

- Transcripts: Full text transcriptions generated from the simulation.

- Performance Analytics: Scores, metrics, and behavioral summaries (JSON reports) resulting from our AI analysis of the interaction.

Note: By participating in the Training Lab, the user consents to the recording and analysis of their voice and conversation data for skill development and agency performance tracking.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

- Provide, operate, and improve our Training Lab simulations.

- Generate objective performance scores for Agency Owners and managers.

- Communicate about account status, simulation results, or technical updates.

- Send reminders and marketing updates (with your consent).

- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

SMS & Email Consent: By providing your phone number and email, you consent to receive SMS and email communications from us regarding your training sessions. Standard rates apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to SMS or clicking Unsubscribe.

- Agency Owners: The full simulation data (scores, transcripts, and recordings) is shared with the specific Insurance Agency that provisioned the user's account.

- Service Providers: We use trusted partners to process payments (Stripe) and manage communications.

- Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights and safety.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your training data. While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

You have the right to access your training records or request corrections to your account data. For data deletion requests, please note that some records may be retained as part of the Agency’s historical performance logs.
