By accessing or using the Site or the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for general information regarding the OpenBond Service and related offerings. You may request information, submit inquiries, or book a call through the Site, but doing so does not create a service agreement until confirmed and executed through a formal written agreement or purchase. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when interacting with the Site.

2. Service Information, Previews & Content

Any descriptions, previews, examples, or explanations of the OpenBond Service are for informational purposes only. The Service consists of AI-powered conversational sales assessments designed to evaluate candidate sales ability in contexts like insurance.

- We do not guarantee specific hiring outcomes, predictive accuracy, or performance results.

- The Service is a software-based assessment and simulation tool; it does not replace human judgment or professional hiring practices.

3. Communications & Consent

By submitting your information or booking a call, you consent to receive communications from us, including emails, text messages, and/or phone calls regarding your inquiry or service interest. Standard messaging/data rates may apply. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by replying STOP to SMS messages or selecting Unsubscribe in emails.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, product names (including OpenBond), and materials on the Site are owned by us and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site, the Service, and all related content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

- the Service or its related content will meet your hiring or business expectations, or

- any hiring results or predictions will be accurate or guaranteed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from:

- your reliance on the Service,

- any hiring decisions you make, or

- use or misuse of any tools or recommendations we provide. This includes indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. You acknowledge that all hiring decisions are solely your responsibility.

7. Third-Party Services

The Site may include links, references, or integrations with third-party tools or platforms. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or performance of those third parties.

8. Refund & Guarantee Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible OpenBond purchases unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, all fees are non-refundable.

9. Earnings, Hiring, & Results Disclaimer

While the Service is designed to help agencies identify sales ability, we do not guarantee:

- specific hiring results,

- accuracy of predictive outcomes,

- increased revenue or sales, or

- performance changes in your team or applicants.

Your Results Depend On:

- market conditions,

- your internal hiring processes,

- your applicants and their abilities,

- your implementation of recommendations,

- external business factors beyond our control.
