By accessing the Site or Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Use of the Site & Training Lab

The Site provides information regarding the OpenBond Training Lab. You agree to provide accurate information when interacting with the Site. Access to the Training Lab is intended for licensed insurance professionals and their staff. You are responsible for ensuring your staff's use of the Service complies with these Terms.

3. Service Information & Content

The Service consists of AI-powered conversational simulations designed to evaluate and improve insurance sales ability, objection handling, and retention techniques.

- No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific sales outcomes, revenue increases, or agent performance results.

- Educational Tool: The Service is a supplemental training tool; it does not replace professional management, legal compliance oversight, or an agency owner's independent judgment.

4. Communications & Consent

By submitting your information, you consent to receive communications from us regarding your account, training results, and service updates. Standard messaging rates apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to SMS or selecting Unsubscribe in emails.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, simulation scenarios, and proprietary scoring rubrics (including OpenBond) are owned by us and may not be copied, reproduced, or "scraped" without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Service are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that:

- The Training Lab will be uninterrupted or error-free.

- The Service will meet specific agency production goals.

- AI-generated scores will perfectly reflect real-world human behavior in every instance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpenBond is not liable for any damages arising from:

- Reliance on simulation scores for employment or compensation decisions.

- Loss of insurance leads or policies.

- Any business decisions made based on Lab performance data. All management and staffing decisions remain the sole responsibility of the Agency Owner.

8. Refund & Guarantee Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible OpenBond purchases unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, all fees are non-refundable.

9. Revenue & Performance Disclaimer

While the Service is designed to improve conversational proficiency, we do not guarantee:

- Increased revenue, commissions, or sales volume.

- Improved retention rates or "close" rates.
